Once shipped, estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Public holidays or unexpected circumstances may slightly affect delivery times. We offer free shipping on every order, with tracking and shipping protection included.

We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives broken or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date so we can make it right. We're unable to process claims after this window.
